Respect & Courtesy:
-
Be Respectful: Treat all members, staff, and visitors with kindness and courtesy. Offensive language, swearing, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
-
No Photography: Out of respect for members’ privacy, photography and video recording are strictly prohibited unless prior consent has been granted.
Equipment Use & Care:
-
No Dropping Weights: Please control your lifts and avoid dropping weights. Dropping equipment can damage the flooring and equipment.
-
Re-rack Equipment: After using dumbbells, barbells, or any gym equipment, return them to their designated spots. This helps maintain a clean and organized gym for all members.
-
Tidy Up: Wipe down equipment after use and dispose of any trash. Ensure your workout space is clean for the next person.
Gym Etiquette:
-
Phone Use: Be mindful when using your phone. If others are waiting to use equipment, limit your phone usage to avoid delays.
-
Sharing Equipment: During busy times, please share equipment between sets. Allow others to work in and avoid monopolizing equipment.
-
Noise Control: Keep music at a reasonable volume when using personal headphones, and avoid making unnecessary loud noises while working out.
For School-Age Members:
-
Appropriate Clothing: School uniforms are not allowed on the gym floor. Please change into gym-appropriate attire before working out.
-
Group Size: Training in groups of more than 3 is not permitted. Smaller groups ensure better safety and allow everyone to focus on their workouts.
-
Respect Gym Flow: Don’t linger on equipment or in common areas, especially when others are waiting.
Safety First
-
Follow Instructions: Use equipment as intended and follow all safety guidelines. If you are unsure about how to use any equipment, ask a staff member for assistance.
-
No Horseplay: Avoid engaging in activities that may harm yourself or others. Horseplay and reckless behaviour are strictly prohibited.
-
Age Restrictions: Respect age-specific rules, especially if you are a junior or concession member. Always follow the guidance provided in your membership agreement.
Consequences of Violations
-
Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of your membership. DRIVEN Athletica reserves the right to enforce these rules to ensure a positive experience for all members.

By working together, we can maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment where everyone can achieve their fitness goals. Thank you for your cooperation!
