Refund policy

First things first; if you have the need to consider our return and refunds policy, you likely ordered a product from us, which means we owe you a big ‘THANK YOU’.

We are sure you will love your DRIVEN gear as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days to reach out and we will happily provide you with an EXCHANGE, REFUND or 120% STORE CREDIT (excluding shipping fees).

 

DOMESTIC (AU) Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer international exchanges at the moment.
SALE items cannot be returned/exchanged.

  • All customers (domestic and international) are required to cover their return/exchange postage. Shipping costs are none refundable. Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
  • Items need to be in original condition (original packaging with tags, unworn, free of make-up and unwashed)     
  • If you are purchasing any product as a gift, please send us a message on help@drivenofficial.store or text 0419 802 007 so we can make a note and amend our policy for your order accordingly (subject to DRIVEN's discretion)

What happens once you submit your exchange / refund request?

We take every request seriously and will get back to you within 2 business days with further instructions. Please make sure you check your spam and junk folder for any emails from us. If you opted for an exchange, we will contact you to ensure the stock is available and help you with any sizing queries. All refunds or store credits will be issued once your items have been returned.
